How we handle information when you visit FetchX or ask us to scope a data project.
Effective 29 October 2026Who operates FetchX
FetchX is operated by Headrun Technologies Private Limited, India. For privacy questions or requests concerning an enquiry, contact [email protected] and include your enquiry reference if you have one.
Information you provide
Our pilot form collects your name, company, work email, target website URLs, required fields, desired collection frequency, estimated volume, preferred delivery format, selected offer and any optional notes. We also record the submission time, enquiry reference, the applicable privacy notice version and notification status.
Please do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential source data. We do not automatically visit or collect data from URLs submitted through this form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to assess your requirements, qualify sources, prepare a proposed scope and communicate with you about your request. Submitting an enquiry does not start a subscription, authorise a charge or enrol you in a marketing list.
We use limited security information to prevent abuse, recognise duplicate submissions and keep the service reliable. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Your browser and network information may be processed by Cloudflare to perform that check. The application stores a keyed hash for rate limiting, rather than a raw IP address; these short-lived records expire after 24 hours.
Providers that help us operate
Cloudflare hosts this website, protects the form and stores enquiries in a private D1 database. Google Workspace processes sales-notification emails and hosts our sales mailbox. These providers process the information needed to provide their services and may process it in countries outside your own. Their relevant notices include Cloudflare’s privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy.
We do not sell enquiry information. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for the purposes described here.
Storage and retention
We save your enquiry before attempting to send the sales notification. If email delivery fails, the stored enquiry remains available for follow-up.
Enquiries are retained in the intake database for 90 days and removed by a daily retention process. Associated sales-mailbox copies are included in the operator’s retention process. If an enquiry becomes an active engagement, necessary information may be retained in the customer record for that engagement or to meet applicable obligations. Providers may retain limited backups, delivery or security logs under their own retention policies.
Cookies, preferences and sample downloads
We do not use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics on this website. A session preference may remember whether you paused the illustration animation. Turnstile uses browser signals needed for abuse protection. Downloadable examples contain fictional records and require no email address.
Your choices
You can ask us to provide, correct or delete enquiry information, or raise an objection to its use, by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify that a request relates to you. We handle requests according to applicable law and any necessary record-keeping obligations.
This notice covers the marketing website and pilot enquiries. A customer engagement may require separate terms and data-handling arrangements. If this notice changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
